Fees, Insurance, and Billing

Fee Structure

At The Children and Family Therapy Institute, we provide a Sliding Scale fee structure. Sliding scale refers to a more affordable, often times negotiated hourly rate for therapy sessions using a trained, supervised mental health clinician who is working towards full licensure.

We understand that therapy is a financial commitment, but we pride ourselves on providing fairly priced therapy to everyone who is seeking services.

Insurance

We do not participate with any insurance panels & are considered an out-of-network provider.

Superbill

We can provide clients a billing statement at the end of each month to be submitted for reimbursement for clients with PPO, HSA, or other flexible benefits. We encourage all of our clients to speak with their insurance company about reimbursement for some portion of therapy.

We accept the following forms of payment: cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, HSA cards.
